Return & Exchange Policy – The Only Oud
At The Only Oud, we always strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. As we deal with products of a special nature (perfumes and oud), our return and exchange policy is subject to the following terms:
Requests for return or exchange are accepted within 7 days only from the date of order delivery.
To complete a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, unopened.
The product must not be used or tested directly from the original bottle (unless a sample is provided).
The original invoice or order number must be available.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
If the plastic wrap has been opened or the security seals have been removed.
Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer.
Special offers or final sale items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Customers are allowed to test up to 2 grams of oud wood.
If usage exceeds this amount, the product is no longer eligible for return.
The oud must be returned in its original condition without being mixed with other types.
If the return/exchange is due to an error from the store (wrong or defective product), the store bears all shipping costs.
If the return/exchange is based on the customer’s preference, the customer bears the shipping costs (both ways).
The product will be inspected once it arrives at our warehouse.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days (depending on your bank’s policy).
